Welcome to Deer Park City Schools. Our Central Registration Office is located at 8688 Donna Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45236. Registrations for students of all grades are done at this location. Please use this checklist as a guide to insure your registration is accurate and complete.
Please bring all necessary documents to the Central Registration office. Please call ahead for an appointment to make the process quick and easy for you.
During this visit you will be asked for proof of residency and to present an original birth certificate for your child. Also required are custody papers (Custody FAQs) and Individual Education Plan (IEP) papers for your child if applicable.

After completing FinalForms, please bring all necessary documents to the Central Registration Office. Please contact Betty Hollander at 513-891-0222 to schedule an appointment for registration. Appointment MUST be scheduled in order to complete registration.
